LAUSD is offering school bus transportation for the 2026-27 school year, and seats are available now.
Important Note for Magnet Families and Long-Distance Commuters
Even if you’re not certain your family will use the bus, we strongly encourage you to opt in by Friday, June 26 (EXTENDED). Here’s why it matters:
- Families who opt in by the deadline will have routes built near their home.
- Once routes are finalized, families who did not opt in will only be able to use the nearest existing stop — which may not be close to home.
Opting in now keeps your options open later.
