Principal Hiring Information Meeting : Reunión informativa sobre contratación de director

We are launching the search for the next principal of the Math, Science, and Technology Magnet Academy at Roosevelt High School. We invite all MSTMA families to an informational Zoom meeting hosted by the Partnership for LA Schools, where you will learn about the principal hiring process. We would also like to gather your feedback on the key qualities and skills you believe are most important in the next principal.

Estamos iniciando la búsqueda del/de la próximo/a director/a de la Academia Magnet de Matemáticas, Ciencias y Tecnología de la Preparatoria Roosevelt. Invitamos a todas las familias de la MSTMA a una reunión informativa por Zoom organizada por la Alianza para las Escuelas de Los Ángeles, donde conocerán el proceso de contratación de directores/as. Winter Academy is back, and registration is now open! Visit the Winter Academy Website for more details and to sign up your child. Winter Academy is an opportunity for students to keep learning during the Winter Break. Students may also have the opportunity for grade extension programs like ACE if their teachers are participating. Sign up by Dec 2 to participate. If you need transportation, you must submit your application by Dec. 2 as well.

In collaboration with families and community, our students experience an interdisciplinary and Social Justice oriented-Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math magnet program that is infused with Humanities courses to develop cultural awareness and social emotional skills so students can flourish in their college, career and post-secondary life.
